One of MEGA Builders’ main areas of growth is in commercial
properties. We have created two Retail Centers and two Carwash
Centers in Greensboro, NC, and we are currently considering
prospects for similarly enhanced developments in the area.
Our Bay Car Washes have provided good looks and efficiency
to an industry oftentimes known for its unbecoming markers
along urban roads. Greensboro has welcomed MEGA Builders’
version—safe and orderly car washing options for the
discerning car owner.
MEGA Builders has enjoyed its forays into Retail Center developments,
and we are excited to be creating more distinctive shopping
outlets for the Piedmont in the near future. We continue to
